New member say Hi, and question about cables of 5.1

I am new here!!
Just got the new Sony SS2300 5.1amp
mainly for PS3 and Wii with my bravia W300 TV
want to ask is there any special setting for fully function the 5.1 system?
and I have problem for hidden my back speakers cables, which should go surrounding the wall foot.
any good method to hidden the cables? any suggestion? thanks!
