Glazed Maine lobster with citrus cauliflower cream and seasonal vegetables,
matching with Dom Perignon Oenotheque 1995.
Both food and wine and spectacular. This champagne is very yeasty, very very long after taste. complex, lightly sweet, and after you tasted it, you don't want to drink the regular vintage 2000 anymore
Dessert: Vanilla Pana Cowta, with Dom Perignon Rose Vintage 1996
The Dom representative is saying that they made a perfect balance with the pinot nior and chardonnay to mantain its lively, sexy characteristic. When I tasted it, I like it, but not love it. Is a good balance yes, but not as complex and rich as I expected.
Thanks for watching.
I loved the dinner. The place is nice, the food is nice, the champagne is nice (free refill the whole time). well worth the money. But I am a poor guy, so I didn't buy any of the champagne
