I plan to buy Philips Plamsa with Pixel Plus 2 function, which can UPSCALING image !??

I.e. if my DVD player does not have upscaling, then the TV can do it for me?

by "horizontal & vertical luminance transient improvement"
i.e. increase "line" and increase "pixel"

but did not explain further..
