今日下午3時，於中環遮打花園有一個公眾集會，部分參與人士在集會開始後約半小時，突然離開集會地點，並走出馬路，沿金鐘道及軒尼詩道，前往灣仔方向，預料對灣仔及銅鑼灣一帶的交通造成影響，請附近的市民注意，並留意警方的消息公佈。

At 1500 hours today (28/7), a public meeting was held in Chater Garden, Central and half an hour later, some of the participants suddenly deviated from the approved location and proceeded to thoroughfares. They are currently walking along Queensway and Hennessy Road towards Wan Chai, obstructing the traffic in the vicinity. The Police appeal to members of the public to stay tuned to the latest announcements from the Police.
