Beginner review of SVSubwoofer PB10-ISD

Thanks for your report!!
Did your brother have to paid baggage overweight charge? I am interested in doing the same way...but the size is really scary...it doesn't feel that big by looking at the spec...but in real life...it is almost as big your whole TV cabinet!! It is good you get it in white...I am trying to convince my wife we need a black coffee table!!

I tried to see if the woofer shakes or moves before I order the TV rack. The woofer is 60lbs, and luckily it doesn't move a bit.

個電視會唔會太高

The picture looks like the TV is very high. Actually the bottom of the TV is about 28" from the floor. The TV is a small 32" TV.

Thanks. It matches the surrounding very much.
My brother repacked the woofer into a smaller box because getting into the plane. Before packing, the total weight is around 80lbs and the box is twice the size of the woofer, just like a mid size fridge. And he packed into a smaller box with about 2-3inches of foams, and just barely made it without overweight charge. When he brought the woofer into my living room and opened it. My wife and I were shocked to see it actually is very big beyond our imagination. We thought before how big can a 10" unit be (I was using a 8" whafedale before)? ha ha, wrong. A 10" unit in SVS is big.

Yes, they have Black, white, dessert tan, grey. If your house is big enough, try the higher model and invite me for a house visits

When I ordered it, I told SVS to config to 220v, but after they shipped it, they told me that they forgot. And they immediately send a 220v config amp to me with a t-shirt. very good service.

Good value for the money and good service from SVS.



From the AV Forum, SVS received good comments but I have not had a chance to experience its power due to not many users in HK. May be sometimes in the future, you can arrange a home visit (with Racingboy to write a report) to allow me to appreciate the power.
