jjj 寫:HDMI YCbCr can be 10bits or 8bits processing depend on the scaling chipset . RGB is mostly only 8bits processing . So if your DVDp is using 10bits processing , use HDMI YCbCr . However , at the end no matter what you use , it will still convert to RGB(either on display end or DVD player side) . HDMI YCbCr is same as SDI mod , getting pure digital domain to the display . However , if your display/projector is DVI input , then forget it. No matter what you select , it will still at RGB . The picture is very close except on certain scenes like Master and commander , HDMI YCbCr 10bits processing is smooth,no contouring problem like RGB .
